I worked with Carol from Lenger. She was so helpful! I was picky and changed my mind a lot about different things, but Carol was always very helpful throughout the entire process! After we had booked everything, a few hours later, there was a promotion at the resort we had chosen. Carol called and worked hard to make sure we got that promotion. She saved us a couple hundred dollars after we had already booked everything! I highly recommend working with Lenger Travel Agency. I can't say enough good things about the company or Carol. She was in contact with me several times a day, and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal.
Very short on the phone, the woman i attempted to work with was very pushy and then ultimately stopped responding to me all together. I tried to give her rudeness the benefit of the doubt but gave up and decided to take my business to a place that was much kinder and helpful.
