love the weekly sales and the money i save shopping here sometimes as much as 90% of retail
Purchased shoes for back to school. My daughter wore them one time and the sole came off. The store receipt says returns or exchanges can be made but the store says "we no longer do in store exchange." They gave me a 800 number to call. After being on hold for several minutes they give me an email address to customer service. Send an email and get a response that email volumes are higher than normal and they will try to get to it.... still no response. I'm out $65 and will never shop Adidas again! Poor product and customer service!
