Absolutely the best experience! Needed a storage unit in a hurry and within an hour I had my new unit. Clean, well secured facilities with an excellent staff. Highly recommend!
Where to start. During one of the most stressful times of my life, I quickly needed somewhere to store my things, I wanted affordable and also climate controlled. And secure, of course. And I needed it NOW. So I ran in all stressed and harried and feeling quite manic! The lady there there was immediately at attention and got me what I needed. Even listened to more personal details than she needed too. Oops, I was over sharing. Anyway, she calmed me down, got me set up, showed me the cameras that monitor everything and how safe and secure it is and then sent me back out the door a new woman!!! Later, looking at her business card, I see she is the manager. Thanks for being so accommodating Alisa. I still have your card!!! #bestmanagerEVER
This has been the best experience I have ever had working with a storage company. I'm so attached to my things and it has taken me such a long time to pick from the many options available to me. I literally have more than 4 options in less than a half mile from my house but I chose Secure Storage because of the people that work there. Alisa you have been the best to work with. You have made this transition to Michigan so much easier for me and my family!
This is a excellent place to store your personal things.lighting is good security is great not ran down well ran business very nice people in the office I would rent here again great place . cannot say enough .
Alisa was nothing short of amazing and was always there to help me with any questions I had. Everything was easy to set up. The unit was clean and everything was convenient. I did have a tiny mess up with my code for the building not working but they immediately fixed the issue.
