The Hard shell tacos fell apart due to the middle being soggy. The soft shells were soggy as well bad lettuce??$30 in food and only the xxl burrito was good. My family ended up throwing it away and eating sandwiches. Was told it would be replaced and a week later went to get it and was told it's something you have to do within the next day. The manager was really rude and wanted to argue. She made my husband feel like a lier for something she said she would replace.
Does anybody know how to pick up a rag and wash a table? You want a minimum wage raise for what?
I think the biggest struggle is that this location does not pay well enough to keep a work force. Always packed and busy. Here's to hoping they can get more help.
Service was friendly but the cleaniness of this location needs some massive work.
Im not sure why we keep going back. Every time it's like we're just hoping they get our order right it doesn't matter how busy they are or were the only people there. They never get it right. Last night for example about 1:30 in the morning we went there and got food not only are the workers impolite but I paid extra to get our food ascertain way for instance turned my regular tacos into Supreme added spicy ranch to my double chalupa neither happened it was on my receipt on the screen he heard me on top of that we were shorted a taco or should I say 2 since 1 taco had about a teaspoon of meat lettuce and cheese.... The convenience of the location is the only thing they have going as far as me. I do not recommend this place
Super slow. The worst. Half hour minimum to get food through drive through or inside. They will tell you the computer was down. If you scroll through the reviews you'll see how often this happens... I think they need new computers or a new excuse.
I'm a shift manager at a competitive fast food chain myself and all I can say is wow y'all would've lost some major points on your parking lot and disguisting no place to really sit at for your lobby tables. As I looked into your kitchen area behind the counters I can only say god help the general manager if you had an inspection right now.
