My elderly dog became I'll and had a couple "accidents" while I was at work. I contacted Stanley Steemer in hopes that their commercial equipment would handle the situation at hand better than I could. I scheduled the appointment and the crew arrived promptly to tackle the project. Christopher and Mason were completely professional, caring and passionate about their job. It was obvious that they took pride in their work. At first sight I never thought the carpet was ever going to come clean. After about a half hour, it is good as new. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable given the situation. Thank you again!
I had a very good first experience. The two men who came to my house to clean my couch were very friendly and polite. They thoroughly cleaned my couch, even got behind it and cleaned the back of it. I was very impressed and my couch looks brand new. No more noticeable stains! I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

When we moved into our house, our carpet was stained, worn out, and really just gross. Two years later, we finally got around to replacing it. After shopping around to numerous flooring stores and Big Box stores, we ended up working with Jim @ Stanley Steemer. Jim was great to work with and we had a fantastic experience. He has been doing this a long time and it showed. He was very knowledgable about what would be best for us (two large, hairy dogs & multiple high traffic areas) but he didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't need or wouldn't get the value from. He made sure we got what we would be happy with. The only thing we are mad about is that we did not do this when we first moved in! Also, the installer he uses is fantastic too. Our schedule was fairly limited so he was able to fit us into a day that wasn't really open. It ended up being a single guy that removed the old carpet and installed 800+ sq ft of beautiful new carpet in a single day. So if you're in the market for new flooring, definitely go see Jim, he'll take care of you!
