This is the best Sprint store I've ever been too! After 19 years of being with Sprint I finally found a star that was enjoyable.
I confronted the employee he refused to identify himself but say hes manages all the stores from here to kzoo and I'm no longer welcome at sprint and have to leave or he would call the police and have me removed from his store.
Terrible Experience are you kidding me! I was at the store to pay a bill and have my phone looked at and this employee in the front of the store was joking with another employee about the amount of black people at starbucks saying they are about to get robbed because theres "Too much color over there and I hope they don't come over here the credit will explode"
Completely horrible, I switched to Verizon the same day!
Worst experience!! I made the horrible decision to switch to sprint....mistake!!! My son accidentally left his phone on the counter when starting new service, so I called and they said they had it and would put it in the safe. When I went back to pick it up it was gone!!! Nobody knows where it went or wants to admit guilt. I have been waiting 3+ weeks to hear what they are going to do about this situation and still nothing. When I call they always say the assistant manager Chris, who I have to deal with because they currently do not have a manager, is always unavailable!?!? This is definitely not a store I would recommend or go back too!! Don't waste your time or money!!!
Bought my daughter a new phone from this location back in May. Guy seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Offered the BOGO deal, which I took. Was told I was only going to be paying extra for the new phone, insurance for the free phone, and the monthly plan on the new phone. I'm now paying 110.00 more a month (should be 60.00) because my plan got all screwed up. Sprint cant fix it, so now I'm stuck! Pissed.
Worst ethics that I've ever seen. They tried to charge us $120 for a phone that we already own. I plan on reporting this location to the kent county and the Better Business Bureau. Maybe the local news station would like to expose them for the cheats that they are.
