I'm not a huge fan of visiting the dentist, but Dr. VanderLaan makes it easy. The entire staff always seems very well prepared and get me in and out which is exactly what I prefer! I have recommended the office to a couple of friends already, and they also gave amazing feedback!

I feel truly blessed to be able to come in each day and spend it with such amazing family from my co-worker family to helping our patient family! Any dental office can broadcast the staff's talents, education, awards/certifications and so on, however, what I believe sets us apart is also our integrity. Yes, we have earned all those credentials and that's great- sincerity and integrity is what sets us apart for our patients and something money can't buy!
1. Online form for appointment request never responded to.
2. Incorrectly referred to two practices for services not provided in the office. I wish I would have know they do not do any type of oral surgery here as I would like a dentist that can handle all of our dental needs.

Working with Dr. VanderLaan, Dr. Matteson, and their team professionally is a pleasure. Communication is excellent which fosters the best patient care. They truly maintain the highest integrity and standards of care.
3. Was told repeatedly in the office and by phone that a routine procedure was "fully covered" under the insurance. I was billed close to 100.00 for this "fully covered" procedure and they did not hesitate to cash the check even after I questioned how that qualifies as "fully covered".
